ALEXANDROS STEPHANIS & CO LTD is a privately held family retail enterprise operating a network of stores across Cyprus. The company was established in 1960 by Alexandros Stephani, beginning as a small electronics repair shop on Hippocrates Street in Nicosia. In 1979, the business relocated to Demosthenes Severi Avenue and shifted its focus to selling electronic components to both technical professionals and consumers. Leadership transitioned to the founder's son, Christodoulis Stephani, in 1993. A second location called Energia opened in 1997 on Byron Avenue, specializing in mobile phones, batteries, and lighting products. Recognizing market demand for larger retail spaces with expanded product selection, the company consolidated its two stores in 2000 and moved to a single 800 square meter facility on Athalassas Avenue. By 2004, the network had expanded to include locations in all major cities of Cyprus. In 2006, the company opened a 2,000 square meter flagship store in Limassol at Fysko Lotus Plaza, which operates as a technology retail location.

The company currently operates with 170 employees and offers a range of product categories including telecommunications services and devices, computing products, audiovisual equipment, electronic components and accessories, gaming consoles and games, and small appliances. ALEXANDROS STEPHANIS & CO LTD maintains multiple retail locations throughout Cyprus and competes on pricing and post-purchase support.
