Yes! Browsing companies, reading reviews, writing reviews, and using the salary checker are completely free for workers. Employers can post job listings, with both free and paid options available.

Anyone who works or has worked in Cyprus, or is considering a job in Cyprus. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Yes. Reviews are displayed anonymously by default. Your name is never shown alongside your review. We take anonymity very seriously.

No. We do not share reviewer identity with employers. Reviews only display the job title and whether the person is a current or former employee.

No. Companies cannot remove reviews. However, they can report reviews that violate our content guidelines (e.g., contain personal information, hate speech, or are clearly fabricated). Our moderation team reviews all reports fairly.

Share your honest experience — the good and the bad. Talk about company culture, management, salary fairness, work-life balance, and career growth. Avoid naming specific individuals, sharing confidential business information, or using abusive language.

You enter your job details (role, industry, city, experience) and your current net salary. We compare it anonymously against similar workers in Cyprus and tell you whether you're below, at, or above market rate.

Absolutely. Your company name is never shown to other users. Your salary is only used in aggregate comparisons. No one can see your individual entry — they only see anonymised averages and ranges.

Our data comes from self-reported entries by real workers in Cyprus, supplemented by public statistical data. The more people who contribute, the more accurate the comparisons become. We use outlier detection to flag suspicious entries.

Yes. You can edit your entry at any time from your account under "My Salary." Previous versions are saved in your history.

Company profiles are created from public business directories and user contributions. If your company isn't listed, it may be added when someone submits a review or salary entry for it.

Yes! Employers can claim their company profile to respond to reviews, update their company information, and post job listings. Visit the "For Employers" section to get started.

No. Company profiles and ratings are based entirely on user-submitted data. We do not endorse, promote, or have any affiliation with the companies listed on our platform.

We collect the information you provide (name, email, reviews, salary data) and basic technical data (browser, pages visited). Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

No. We never sell personal data to third parties. We only share data with payment processors (when you make a purchase) and employers (when you apply for a job).

Yes. You can request account deletion by contacting us at privacy@workhere.cy. Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days. Anonymous reviews and aggregated salary data may be retained.

Yes. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cyprus data protection law. You have full rights to access, correct, and delete your data.
