The American International School in Cyprus

The American International School in Cyprus (AISC), founded in 1987, is a private, accredited, coeducational college preparatory school that provides American and international university preparatory education. AISC serves a unique function in the Cyprus community, offering the only American system program in Cyprus while providing students with the option of the International Baccalaureate program for the last two years of secondary school. Located in the Acropolis area of Nicosia, the campus spans four acres and includes school buildings, tennis courts, astro-turf facilities, and a swimming pool. AISC is accredited by the Middle States Association (MSA) and Council of International Schools (CIS), and is an authorized IB Diploma Program provider. Students come from more than 50 countries, with approximately 20% of the student body comprised of Cypriot students.
