Ayia Napa Marina was established to address a market need for a contemporary luxury marina facility in the region. The project was developed by Cypriot entrepreneur Gerasimos Caramondanis and Egyptian investor Naguib Sawiris, who identified an opportunity for an integrated modern marina development in Cyprus.
