Ermes Department Stores Plc is the largest and most diversified retail group operating in Cyprus. The group operates a network of stores across Cyprus and Greece, including 7 Debenhams department stores offering fashion, cosmetics, home equipment, food, and café services; 20 standalone stores comprising various brands such as NEXT, OVS, Peacocks, Navy & Green, Uber Stores, Armani Exchange, Glow, Ergon to Go, Coffee & More, and venue cafés; 28 Zako stores; 5 Superhome Center stores specializing in do-it-yourself products; and 7 Fashionlink S.A stores in Greece.

The company was established in 1971. In 1985, the NKS group acquired a Woolworth department store in Nicosia. The organization became a public company listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange in 1987. In 2003, the business separated into two distinct entities: Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Public Ltd, which manages commercial real estate development, and Ermes Department Stores Public Ltd, which operates the retail division. Ermes Department Stores Plc shares have been listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange since 2007.
