Eurivex was established in 2009 and received its regulatory license from CySEC in March 2010. Eurivex Ltd is an EU Investment Firm authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under license number 114/10 for the provision of investment services. Eurivex is also licensed as an EU Crowdfunding Service Provider (license number CSP 2/24).

Eurivex provides investment opportunities in shares and bonds while also handling corporate fundraising, IPOs and stock exchange listings. Eurivex has 9 operational departments, independent Compliance and AML functions, Internal audit and Risk Officers. Eurivex is a member of the Cyprus Investor's Compensation Fund (ICF).
