The Grammar School Nicosia

The Grammar School was founded in 1963. The overall aim of the school is to provide both a general and specialized education enabling students to obtain the School's Leaving Certificate (Apolytirion), IGCSE and GCE Advanced Subsidiary (AS) and Advanced Level examinations. In addition to its academic focus, the School is dedicated to promoting a variety of extra-curricular activities which include charity and community work, sports and other cultural pursuits.

The Grammar School Nicosia was the first Microsoft Showcase School in Cyprus in 2014 and remains a pioneer in the use of technology as well as Robotics in the classroom through the School's Innovation Centre. The Athletic Programmes offered by the School are: Football, Basketball, Swimming, Tennis and Track & Field.
