KEO plc is a public limited company established in 1927, with shares listed and traded on the Cyprus Stock Exchange. As a member of the Hellenic Mining Group, which operates across mining, cement production, consumer goods, and banking sectors, KEO plc is part of Cyprus's largest industrial conglomerate. The company holds a leading position in the wine production and brewing industry on the island, attributed to the established quality and market recognition of its product range.

KEO plc manufactures and distributes both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages across Cyprus and more than thirty international markets. Beer production commenced in 1951, initially with a capacity of approximately 300,000 gallons annually. Through successive facility expansions and equipment modernization, the brewery currently operates with a monthly production capacity exceeding 30,000 hectoliters. Wine production at the MALLIA ESTATE facility focuses on traditional methods and the cultivation of indigenous Cypriot grape varieties with historical significance. The company also operates a mineral water production facility located near Kakopetria in the Troodos Mountains, built to European standards and bottled in on-site produced environmentally friendly containers.

KEO plc's operations extend further through two subsidiary organizations: SWS and Sun Island, which rank among the island's principal fruit juice manufacturers. These subsidiaries produce fruit juices, canned fruits, and vegetables, while maintaining their own citrus plantations and sourcing additional fruit supplies from Cyprus-based growers. The company's growth reflects a long-term expansion strategy designed to respond to changing market conditions, supported by ongoing technological and infrastructure investments.
