B & F is a group with over 42 years of operational experience that ranks among the largest and most dynamic enterprises in the women's apparel sector in Greece. The group maintains a presence across 20 countries internationally and has demonstrated consistent growth in annual sales and market share. B & F operates two primary commercial brands in the women's clothing and accessories market.

The group's structure consists of the parent company B & F Industrial and Commercial Clothing Company and subsidiary entities including BSB FASHION S.A. in Romania, BITHAGIO LIMITED in Cyprus, and B&B BUILDINGS Single-Person Ltd in Greece, with ownership stakes of 99.747%, 100%, and 100% respectively. Through its Romanian subsidiary BSB FASHION S.A., the group engages in retail distribution of the BSB and lynne brands via physical stores and online channels. The group also participates in real estate operations.

The parent company was established in 1980 and expanded into a prominent women's apparel brand that formed the foundation for the group's development. In 2006, the parent company acquired shares in LYNNE Industrial and Commercial Clothing Company, which it subsequently absorbed in 2012, obtaining the lynne brand. The lynne brand has shown steady upward performance in Greece's women's apparel market, and the group has developed a strategic expansion plan for its international growth.
