Bionic Electronics H.T. LTD was established in 1990 as a supplier of electronic parts and components. By 1995, the company had become a major wholesale distributor of these products in Cyprus. As technology evolved, the company expanded its offerings to include computer systems, peripherals, notebooks, networking equipment, and related consumables. In 2005, the company relocated to a dedicated seven-story facility and broadened its product range to encompass mobile devices, LCD and plasma televisions, gaming products, and IT services including turnkey solutions and equipment rental for corporate events. In 2008, following its growth in the technology sector, the company adopted its current name, Bionic Electronics H.T. LTD, to reflect its positioning as a high-technology distributor and reseller. That same year, a retail location opened in Pafos following the acquisition of three local IT businesses, extending the company's geographic reach and customer base.
The company launched an e-commerce platform in 2010, allowing customers to browse inventory, check availability, and complete purchases online. In 2013, a showroom and service center opened in Limassol to serve corporate and retail clients in that region. The online store was redesigned and relaunched in 2014. Bionic Electronics H.T. LTD operates as an authorized distributor in Cyprus for brands including BenQ, Corsair, Cooler Master, Manhattan, Intellinet, Trust, Patriot, and CSB, and as an authorized partner of Intel, HP, Microsoft, Cisco, Lenovo, Dell, Seagate, ESET, and other major technology companies.
The company serves a diverse customer base spanning government agencies, semi-governmental organizations, financial institutions, educational and healthcare organizations, and private businesses. Beyond its product distribution, Bionic Electronics H.T. LTD provides various technology services to both retail and corporate markets, including computer and laptop servicing, IT maintenance, equipment rentals, Wi-Fi solutions, CCTV installation, and backup systems.
