Columbia Restaurants Co Ltd is a catering industry operator that was founded in 1998 as the restaurant division of Schoeller Holdings and has since established itself as a prominent enterprise within Cyprus's food service sector. The company has held exclusive franchise rights to operate PizzaExpress, an international restaurant brand with more than 500 locations across the United Kingdom and globally, since its inception. In 2001, Columbia Restaurants Co Ltd expanded its offerings by introducing the Marzano concept to the Cypriot market.

The company operates Columbia Plaza, a major multipurpose facility situated in central Limassol's historic district, which launched in November 2008. This venue integrates entertainment, dining, and business spaces alongside residential townhouses and encompasses multiple dining and event establishments. These include the Columbia Steak House, La Boca restaurant, the 7 Seas bar and nightclub, and a multipurpose event space that accommodates private occasions and functions as a certified seminar and conference facility. In 2017, Columbia Restaurants Co Ltd opened Columbia Beach, a year-round seafront dining and bar concept. The company's portfolio was further expanded in 2019 with the opening of Pokeloha, a poke bar concept offering Hawaiian sushi bowls.
