ΟΡΓΑΝΩΣΗ ΠΑΡΑΠΛΗΓΙΚΩΝ ΚΥΠΡΟΥ

Organization of Paraplegics of Cyprus is a non-governmental organization established in 1980. The organization's primary mission focuses on enhancing the living standards of individuals with paraplegia and quadriplegia while promoting their dignified existence. The organization operates under the direction of a Board of Administration, which oversees a structured team responsible for managing and delivering its programs and services. The organization implements a residential care service initiative as part of the Cohesion Policy Program THALIA 2021-2027. As the project recipient, Organization of Paraplegics of Cyprus operates a residential care service that is provided at no cost to eligible program participants. This care service, operational since 2018, functions on a nationwide basis and includes supplementary support delivered by social workers, psychologists, and professionals from related disciplines. The service operates under continuous coordination and oversight by the service management.
