The group further diversified in 2017 by entering the fund management sector, offering investment products focused on real estate through Mouflon Real Estate Fund Ltd, an alternative investment fund regulated and supervised by CySEC. Mouflon subsequently expanded its fund offerings beyond the real estate sector. Fox Smart Estate Agency operates across seven branches and employs over 60 personnel, positioning itself as a major service provider in the Cypriot property sector.
