G.A.H. Group of Companies is an independent, privately held group established in 2005, comprised of two separate entities. The organization operates as part of a broader international network that includes connections to financial institutions, legal firms, and accounting practices. Its predecessor, G. Hadjimichael Co, was founded in 1987 as an audit and accounting firm and later expanded to form the current group structure.

The company provides accounting, auditing, and tax services to its client base. Operations are managed by an Executive Committee and staffed by more than 25 professionals, including auditors, accountants, and support personnel.
