George L. Elisseou was founded in 1984 by George Elisseou. Following his death, his son Leonidas Elisseou took over as Director and manages the firm's accounting operations. As of 2025, the company maintains a diverse client base and continues to build on the reputation established by its founder. Dora Georgiou leads the audit division, having joined the firm in 2021 with 15 years of experience in auditing international and domestic enterprises.
