LOUVIAS GROUP operates in both electrical services and real estate development. The electrical division, established in 1990 in Larnaca, provides design, installation, and maintenance services across comprehensive electrical projects. The organization has expanded to include over 40 professionals organized into 15 operational teams with dedicated vehicles. In 2022, the real estate division was created, focusing on property development, asset management, and maintenance. The company has completed its first project, Siena 1, in 11 months and has since launched 12 additional projects in various stages of completion or development.
