The establishment operates under the leadership of Executive Chef Erez Einav, who has been working in Israeli and Mediterranean cooking since 1996. With more than two decades of experience in culinary arts, particularly in Middle Eastern cuisine, Chef Einav has held executive chef positions at other dining establishments, including "The Dining Room" and "Calipso," and has contributed to their operational success. Chef Einav has also appeared as a contestant on the cooking competition series "The Chef's Game" and participated in the children's cooking program "Micro Chef".
