Pinolo opened its doors in November 2022 in the heart of Nicosia on Makarios Avenue in the Severis building. The restaurant provides a fresh and modern gastronomic experience for Italian cuisine, with distinct Mediterranean flavours, unique organic ingredients, and craftsmanship. The establishment takes pride in handmade pasta and pizza crafted with specialized techniques and carefully selected ingredients, with the goal of offering a magical taste journey that transports guests straight to Italy. Pinolo won the Italian cuisine category at the Cyprus Eating Awards in February 2023.
