ROUS Restaurant was created in 2019 by cousins Andreas Kyprianou and Costas Constantinou, with a dream to create Cypriot fine dining. The concept centers on contemporary Cypriot cuisine, sharing plates, and a more approachable, refined dining experience. The restaurant offers a succession of 6 or 9 creative dishes, each inspired by Cyprus history. The chef operates a zero waste policy, and for a unique experience, the restaurant offers a Chef's Table where diners sit at the chef's table and are personally served by the chef, who elaborates on each dish in detail—an exclusive opportunity that is the first of its kind in Nicosia.
