Led by the Greek/Italian chef Ettore Botrini, who has earned a Michelin star for his renowned restaurant Botrini's in Athens, Sera offers an unparalleled dining experience. With a focus on seasonality, quality, and the utilization of locally sourced raw ingredients, Sera creates dishes that showcase the true flavors of Italy. The restaurant is located on the lobby level of the Four Seasons and can accommodate up to 100 people, operating between 7pm and 10:30pm (last order) and is closed every Tuesday.
