TERRAIN has served the Cypriot property market since 2008. The firm was established by Emily Papapetrou, a Chartered Surveyor qualified in the UK. Papapetrou previously held senior roles at major advisory firms including CBRE, DTZ, and Matthews & Goodman. Prior to founding TERRAIN, she accumulated approximately 10 years of experience operating across UK and international markets, handling significant assignments in Central London, Western and Eastern Europe, India, Kazakhstan, the Balkans, and other regions.
