TSIRCON CO. LTD was founded in 1979 and operates as a leading manufacturer of specialized building materials in Cyprus. The organization began as a trading operation focused on building chemicals before transitioning into direct work in waterproofing, concrete repairs, and industrial flooring applications. Manufacturing operations commenced in 1983, and by 1991 the company had established dedicated production facilities built to support its quality output standards.

In 1993, the organization established a subsidiary company, Tsircon Constructions Co. Ltd, to expand its service offerings.
