VASOIL CO LTD

VASOIL CO LTD was founded in 1982 to engage in the trading of lubricant oils within the Cyprus market. During its initial years from 1982 to 1986, the company imported lubricants from various sources and distributed them throughout Cyprus. In 1986, Cylubs was established as a sister company, marking the beginning of lubricant production and packaging operations on the island under the Vasoil brand. Starting in 1987, Cylubs began manufacturing Shell-branded lubricants in addition to its existing Vasoil product line, establishing a manufacturing partnership with Shell.
