Yiotis Christou Ltd was founded in 2000 in Limassol by Mr Yiotis Christou, who previously worked as a Sales Executive in the sanitary ware and ceramic tiles sector from 1990 to 2000. The company initially operated from a small showroom in Erimi before expanding to a modern two-story facility spanning 700 square meters. To support operations, the company developed two warehouses totaling 5,500 square meters in proximity to the main showroom, enabling efficient order management and customer delivery.

Since its establishment, Yiotis Christou Ltd experienced consistent and substantial year-on-year growth. The company adjusted its strategy during 2013–2015, when Cyprus faced significant economic headwinds, prioritizing risk mitigation over expansion during that period. Following 2016, the company resumed its growth trajectory, achieving a 70% increase in turnover that year. The business operates according to a differentiation and cost focus strategy.
