Welcome to WorkHere.cy ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). The Platform is operated in the Republic of Cyprus and is subject to the laws of Cyprus and the European Union.
By accessing or using WorkHere.cy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
WorkHere.cy is a workplace transparency platform that allows users to:
We provide a neutral platform for the exchange of workplace information. We do not verify the employment status of reviewers, the accuracy of salary data submitted by users, or the truthfulness of reviews. All user-generated content represents the personal views and experiences of individual users only.
3.1. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit content on WorkHere.cy.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.3. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.
3.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.
4.1. Your Content. "User Content" includes reviews, salary submissions, ratings, comments, questions, and any other material submitted by users.
4.2. Your Responsibility. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

By submitting User Content, you grant WorkHere.cy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable licence to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content on the Platform and in related marketing materials. This licence survives deletion of your account where the content has been aggregated into anonymised statistics.
4.4. Anonymity. Reviews and salary submissions are displayed anonymously. However, anonymity does not exempt you from legal responsibility for your content. You remain fully liable for any content you post.

6.1. Intermediary Status. WorkHere.cy acts as an intermediary platform and hosting provider for user-generated content within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) and the Electronic Commerce Law of Cyprus (Law 156(I)/2004). We do not author, endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for User Content.
6.2. No Liability for User Content. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WorkHere.cy shall not be liable for any User Content, including but not limited to reviews, ratings, salary data, comments, or any other information submitted by users. The views expressed in user reviews are those of the individual users and do not represent the views of WorkHere.cy.
6.3. Notice and Takedown. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your rights, is defamatory, or is otherwise unlawful, you may submit a notice to us at legal@workhere.cy with:
We will review all notices promptly and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law. Submitting a notice does not guarantee removal of content.
6.4. No Endorsement. The presence of a company profile on WorkHere.cy does not imply any endorsement, partnership, or affiliation between WorkHere.cy and that company.
7.1. Companies referenced on WorkHere.cy may claim their company profile to respond to reviews, post job listings, and manage their public information.
7.2. Employers may report reviews that they believe violate our Content Guidelines. We will review such reports and apply our guidelines fairly and consistently.
7.3. Employers may not attempt to identify anonymous reviewers, intimidate or threaten legal action against users for sharing honest opinions, or manipulate ratings by posting fake reviews.
8.1. Salary data submitted by users is self-reported and unverified. WorkHere.cy makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or representativeness of salary information displayed on the Platform.
8.2. Salary comparisons are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial or employment advice.
8.3. Company names associated with salary entries are never displayed publicly or shared with other users.
9.1. Job listings are posted by employers and are their sole responsibility. WorkHere.cy does not guarantee the accuracy of job descriptions, salary ranges, or any other information in listings.
9.2. WorkHere.cy is not a party to any employment relationship formed through the Platform. We are not responsible for hiring decisions, employment terms, or workplace conditions.
9.3. CV and personal information submitted through job applications are shared directly with the employer who posted the listing. Users should review the employer's own privacy practices.
10.1. Certain services (such as premium job listings) require payment. All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT at the applicable rate (currently 19% in Cyprus).
10.2. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (PayPal and VivaWallet). WorkHere.cy does not store credit card or payment details.

11.1. The WorkHere.cy name, logo, design, code, and all non-user-generated content are the intellectual property of WorkHere.cy and are protected by Cyprus and EU intellectual property laws.
11.2. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform without written permission.
Your use of WorkHere.cy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Cyprus Processing of Personal Data (Protection of the Individual) Law of 2001 (as amended).
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WorkHere.cy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, reliance on any content, or inability to access the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorkHere.cy, its operators, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
